Hi, I’m Kate Cherven and I am a digital marketing and CX strategist with a background in anthropology and a career built across nonprofits, tech startups, food media, and B2B service industries.
My work centers on understanding cultural patterns and customer behavior to design customer journeys, content, and digital experiences that resonate. I bring a human-centered perspective grounded in research, paired with hands-on experience in CX optimization, agile project management, analytics, and multi-channel marketing. Whether leading digital sprints, conducting user research, or shaping brand narratives, my goal is always to bridge insight and execution.
With a Master’s in Gastronomy, I studied how food, culture, and consumer behavior intersect, this knowledge has strengthened my approach to marketing and product experience. I use anthropological research methods to connect cultural analysis with marketing strategy, particularly within food systems and consumer identity. This lens has helped me craft strategies that align with what people value—not just what they buy.
I’m passionate about helping brands communicate clearly, design with intention, and create experiences that reflect both cultural context and customer needs. I’m dedicated to building clarity, connection, and cultural relevance into customer touchpoints and am interested in connecting with teams driving meaningful change in the space. Let's chat!
